I though it was carbon sequestration and storage) crop up last night when the government, in the form of Mr. Miliband, had a chat with our national broadcaster (in the form of Newsnight).

It was inspired, in part, by this ironically, and to my mind spookily entitled piece: “GREEN PEACE: ENERGY, EUROPE AND THE GLOBAL ORDER”
