I really can't see the point to it. Any tenant with any sense can work out from the presence or absence of double glazing, a modern boiler whether its going to cost them the earth to heat the place. If they havent worked it out, they soon will when they get their bills. I don't need to pay someone £70 plus for them to tell me I've got double glazing and roof insulation and a new efficient boiler. I can see I've got those things; I mean I paid to have them put in. And I dont need them to tell me about cavity wall insulation; my property has solid walls so there is no cavity to fill.
