Green Earth Technologies – a company all about nanotechnology and green fuels, if ever there was one — has found itself on the receiving end of some delicious funding.

Green Earth Technologies today announced the completion of an investment of $2.1 million from Founder’s Technology and eight angel investors for 4,318,750 common shares, at $0.20 and $300,000 in short term straight debt. Proceeds from the capital raise will be used to fund working capital requirements,

so the company says.

And, for the record, it’s hired a bank to go out and find some more investors so expect more funding news on the way.
