With the highway robbery from CON Ed no one will be able to afford to recharge it. On the surface, their rates are the highest in the country at $0.28-0.29/kWh. In reality its more like $0.90/kWh since their rigged meters list usage at at least 3x what you REALLY use. Our bill for August was $507 for a 1 bedroom apartment.
