However, it can increase the organic content of water. It has been reported previously that the seeds in powder form could remove turbidity, a number of papers from Malaysia and Indonesia have brought that out. In Australia, the Dept of Agriculture of Western Australia has been trying to grow this plant for biofuel generation. Given that the plant seeds are known for "aphrodisiac" properties, water treated with Moringa seeds could well solve additional problem of lack of population growth in developed nations. Probably not a good idea for developing nations. Jokes apart, if this technology becomes viable, it can lead to organic water treatment, with carbon credits for the treatment plant.
