Maintenance schedules. Lifespans. Etc. With a few less clear influences as work: Targets. Bonusses. Subsidies. Fines. Lobbying. Etc. So... what delivers an enviROI from construction through to decommissioning that has an enviROI my kids' futures can depend on?
