Climate cycles happen with or without the human ants crawling around on the earth's surface. The only real possibility is that governments are covering up the climate change cycles by keeping people preoccupied with carbon credits/taxes. Go with the flow on this one, there is nothing you can do about it except plan. Europe is going to be frozen tundra. If you're in the US I suggest purchasing property in warm places like Presidio, Texas.
