 Do you have expert knowledge of architecture, urban design and planning and impressive negotiating, presentation and project management skills?

Taking a leading role in promoting high quality urban design and world class architecture, you will impact enormously on the London skyline and townscape in Southwark and really make your mark for generations to come. You will manage a professional team of planners, conservation officers, and urban designers and advise and negotiate with applicants and Development Control Officers regarding major proposals and those affecting any one of 2200 listed buildings ,the 38 conservation areas, or archaeological resources. At the same time, you will prepare design frameworks and guidelines, implement action plans for grant schemes and make presentations at public meetings, giving you considerable autonomy and visibility.
